Lee is an entrepreneur, growth leader, and advisor with deep experience helping organizations scale through disciplined execution, technology adoption, and people-first leadership. He currently serves as VP & Head of Growth at BuildTime, a union-compliant timekeeping and workforce intelligence platform purpose-built for electrical and mechanical contractors. BuildTime was born inside a 82-year-old union electrical contractor and is designed to solve real-world challenges around payroll accuracy, job costing, labor compliance, and field productivity.
In addition to his role at BuildTime, Lee is the Founder & Chairman of Revenue One, where he has spent more than two decades advising business owners and executive teams on growth strategy, operational efficiency, and financial performance. He has worked with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to enterprise-scale operators across construction, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, telecommunications data security and professional services.
Lee is also deeply engaged in higher education and community impact, serving as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, mentoring founders and helping build innovation ecosystems that connect industry with emerging talent. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Bentley-Grace Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing inclusion through endurance events and community engagement.
